To support the growth of SMEs, the Department provides a wealth of diversified grants and resources to assist with capital investments and bridge resource gaps based on the needs of the start-up phase, including: innovative research and development subsidies, to build the Startup Terrace and connect domestic and international accelerators to provide one-stop services; helping new products enter the government market to provide trial opportunities; and through subsidizing SME incubators to link local and international resources to nurture new ventures to support the upgrading and transformation of SMEs for sustainable development and accelerated growth.
