To improve investment environment and help SMEs develop more strongly, National development fund set up 10 billion NTD to invest in SMEs and delegates SMESA (Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration) to implement "National Development Fund Investing in SMEs Scheme". We delegate professional venture capital companies to evaluate domestic SMEs, and co-invest in potential SMEs with venture capital companies by matching fund with 1:1 ratio.
